Shipping & Return Policy
Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be shipped out. All products are hand made and since they are all preservative free, most orders are made as we receive them to ensure maximum freshness.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless it was an error on our part in which we ask that you notify us immediately upon receiving your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that a refund must be issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Our butters may melt in transit during warm climates. You still can use the butter melted or simply place it in the refrigerator to solidify, unfortunately it will not regain its original whipped texture. If your product returns to solid at room temperature crystallizing may occur, this only affects texture not performance of product. This product can not be refunded or exchanged if it melts.
Because Essential Body Love products are handcrafted without artificial preservatives, please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for maximum longevity.
